ToolboxHere ("we", "us") provides free online tools at toolboxhere.com. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the site.
Your files are never uploaded
Every tool on ToolboxHere runs inside your web browser. When you choose a file, your browser reads it from your device and processes it in memory. The file, its contents and the results are not sent to our servers or to anyone else. We cannot see, store or recover your files.
Some tools download code or AI model files to your browser the first time you use them (for example, the language data used by Image to Text). These downloads come from our site and contain no information about you or your files. Your browser may cache them so the tool starts faster next time.
Information we do not collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address or files through the tools.
Information stored on your device
- Your theme choice (light, dark and accent colour) is saved in your browser's local storage.
- AI model and language files may be cached in your browser's storage to avoid downloading them again.
You can remove this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for toolboxhere.com.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Analytics
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not track you across websites.
Advertising
To keep the tools free, we may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the internet.
